Frequently Asked Questions
How does on-site training work?
On-site sessions are run in small groups at our partner yards. We rotate drills and ensure each driver receives individual feedback before increasing complexity.
Contact usDo you guarantee passing the CDL exam?
We do not guarantee outcomes. We focus on calm, repeatable skills that improve your readiness and confidence for the exam.
What equipment is used for practice?
We use well-maintained tractors and trailers representative of test conditions. Yard cones and markers match state testing layouts for familiarity.
Can I study fully online?
Yes. Many theory and planning modules are online. Hands-on skills require on-site sessions if you want comprehensive practice.
How long do courses take?
Durations range from 8 to 40 hours. Use the planner on our home page to estimate completion time based on your weekly availability.
Do you offer refunds?
Refunds are available within 14 days if less than 20% of a course is completed. See Terms.
Is corporate training available?
Yes. We arrange cohort schedules, custom emphasis (e.g., winter routes), and safety audits. Message us on the contact page.
How are instructors selected?
All instructors have extensive safe mileage, teaching aptitude, and references. We review feedback each term to improve delivery.
Do you track my personal driving data?
We do not ingest personal telematics. If you choose a telematics module, exercises use fictional or anonymized datasets.
